Membership

Membership plans, pricing, and included discounts are shown at sign-up and on your dashboard.
Membership becomes active once your first payment is confirmed.
You may hold one active membership plan at a time.

Billing

Membership renews automatically each month at the plan's listed price until you cancel.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change with advance notice.

Discounts and usage

Member discounts apply only at participating stores and only to eligible categories.
Each plan has a monthly usage limit for discounted purchases, shown on your dashboard.
Discount rates vary by plan and store and may change from time to time.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. See our Returns & Exchanges page for how that works.

Account termination

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, including fraudulent use of member discounts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
