No commitment, no hidden fees. You can cancel your BobLoyalty membership at any time.

How to cancel

Membership changes and cancellations are handled in person at any participating store. Stop by with a photo ID and a team member will take care of it right away — see our Returns & Exchanges page for details, or contact us if you have questions first.

What happens when you cancel

• Your membership stays active through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
• You won't be charged again after that.
• Member discounts stop applying once the membership ends.

Refunds

We don't provide prorated refunds for partial months. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us — we'll sort it out.
