These terms govern your use of the BobLoyalty membership program. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Membership

Membership plans, pricing, and included discounts are shown at sign-up and on your dashboard.
Membership becomes active once your first payment is confirmed.
You may hold one active membership plan at a time.

Membership renews automatically each month at the plan's listed price until you cancel.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change with advance notice.

Member discounts apply only at participating stores and only to eligible categories.
Each plan has a monthly usage limit for discounted purchases, shown on your dashboard.
Category Usage Limits: Discount uses on Vapes are limited to 5 per month on the College Student plan, 7 per month on the Basic plan, and 8 per month on the Premium plan. On every plan, discount uses on Disposables are limited to 5 per month, combined across all disposable categories (including Hemp-Derived, Nicotine, and Zero Nicotine Disposables). These category limits are part of, not additional to, your plan's overall monthly usage limit.
Discount rates vary by plan and store and may change from time to time.

You can cancel at any time. See our Returns & Exchanges page for how that works.

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, including fraudulent use of member discounts.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
